Eric Barrier has a BA in journalism from Eastern Kentucky University in the United States. He has also worked for two American newspapers and has written freelance for a number of clients.
Byron Fry has a BA International in politics, philosophy and economics from University College Dublin, Ireland. He has also studied law and has worked for an American investment bank.
Our experiences at international universities have shown us that, while a diverse student population can bring exciting ideas and perspectives to learning, a rudimentary level of English can pervade academic discourse. If a student can hand in an assignment or give a presentation that is clear and error-free, that student is far more likely to earn a better mark.
